So, it's 2012 already, is it?

Last year was going to be the year I really got serious with my blog. I had it all worked out. I was going to go all "Julie and Julia" with my fabulous home-made soups that I create all by my little self. My friend Fern gave me my first ever (and so far my only) piece of Le Creuset, and I was going to tell Soup to the world.

I just checked. My last blog post was one year and two days ago.

Yikes!

Well.....

First of all that was when the carpal tunnel syndrome first showed up, and keyboarding was hell. I was working full-time at Evil Target and let me tell you I am not a fan of cashiering. I was good at it. But not a fan. The pain was so bad I used to wake up screaming in the middle of the night with it! And of this, my husband was not a fan. So extraneous typing and blogging and stuff was out of the question. Seeing doctors and opening a Worker's Comp claim and being frightened of maybe having to have surgery was in.

Then suddenly I was going back to school and working two jobs and then it was Christmastime again. Just like that!!! So... here I am again... and here is tonight's delicious soup... Happy New Soup! Year!
